Eligible accessories may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending an item back.

 2. Return Eligibility:

Eligible items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Eligible items may include scarves, jewelry, and unopened nail stickers, subject to inspection and approval.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal-care products, including lip oils and lip scrubs, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

Opened or used nail products and items marked Final Sale are also non-returnable, except where required by applicable law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

This reporting window does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with the customer to arrange an appropriate resolution, including any applicable return shipping arrangements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.
